5. The stem and leaf plot shows scores on a math quiz for two classes. How many students in each class scored 85? Stem and Leaf Plot: http://gyazo.com/565823f941c94840232c1442deb37308 Mrs James class, two; Mr Cleveland's class one; Mrs James class, one; Mr Cleveland's class two; Mrs James class, two; Mr Cleveland's class two; none of the above
Do you know how to read a stem-and-leaf plot?
I thinks its D
Ya
What's D?
D as in "none of the above"?
If so, then you are incorrect.
The key can help you.
The stem is the tens number. Example: 15. 1 would be the stem. 71. 7 would be the stem. The leaf is the ones number. Example: 15. 5 would be the leaf. 71. 1 would be the leaf.
I read the key
So what do you think the answer is?
If you thinks it is B the look at the key
It is not B.
Really i know that but it cant be the other answer either I know you think its C but it cant be that
How come?
because of the key on the left
They key on the left is for Mrs.Jame's class.
You basically switch the number around. Since Mrs. Jame's class is on the left side.
if its 8/6 then its 68%
No. It would be 68.
