Can anyone help me understand how to design a study in which I have 2 groups of HS students randomized into one of 2 groups. Grp 1 receives tx 1 -SAT study course Grp 2- receives 1 on 1 tutoring plus usual coursework. I'm having trouble figuring out my explanatory variables (AKA: Factors).
