48x^2-x^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is this equal to zero?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

idk?

OpenStudy (anikhalder):

=47x^2

Well, what do you expect us to do with it? All you've given are two terms of x.

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

just combine like terms 48x^2-x^2 you have 2 bases with the same exponent...so leave the exponents alone...and subtract the bases 48 - 1 = 47 so 47x²
