In standard position what quadrant is -190 degrees in? I know its the 2nd quadrant but why.How should i set up the x axis and y axis when performing questions like these.I need to understand this.

When dealing with negative angles you go in the opposite direction

setting up the x and y axis is pretty much standard... x axis is perpendicular to the y axis and they both intersect at x=0 and y=0
