\[\overrightarrow{P}=\alpha\overrightarrow{Q}\]
So :
\[m=\alpha\times 2\\-2=\alpha\times-n\\2=\alpha\times1\]
Hence :
\[\alpha=2,~~m=4,~~n=1\]
