Hmmmmm, well, Pinochet was instilled by the CIA after they killed Salvadore Illende (another one of the USA's failures as Pinochet was a monster),ngo Dinh Diem was from SOUTH Vietnam, so what do you think was his political affiliation? Joaqin Balguer was a tiny politician who had zero influence. So. Which person do you think it is after all i said?
