Question

I am looking for people who think they are mature, resourceful, who abide by the CoC and who are good at organization, coding (not necessary but useful) and who can be On Call when needed. This is for a team of 6 people that will organize a hackathon with me, we will plan it out, set up the rules, and list the problems that need to be fixed. If you are interested just reply with a reason why you think you should be selected and I will PM you with a reply, I need as many people as I can but no more than 5 people so be quick, the deadline ends 6/8/13 @ 8:00 PM EDT so hurry!

Well you fix problems but the design itself has to be completely remade, from ground up that way you can improve the overall site.

Well it isn't too hard, as long as you know some good programming it should be quite easy, especially since it will be a team effort.

Also what I would suggest is to have some designers on your team so they can design the page and all the mechanics then you just have to make the code for it.

Mailing actually is a good idea but not completely. Suppose, I mailed you with an idea that is good only when something is added to it, and that can be suggested my either you or the above mentioned team members. But how will it be done? Make a better OS front end.... the heavy use of scripts and other issues that cause unreliability have already been mentioned as targets for change. I am betting after reliability, commonly complained about features and lack thereof as well as some internal security will be next priority.
