Which of the following is not true? A parallelogram has opposite sides parallel. A rectangle has four right angles and only one set of parallel sides. A trapezoid is a type of quadrilateral. A rhombus has two sets of parallel sides.

Ok, let's analyze each of those. A parallelogram is defined as a quadrilateral with two pairs of parallel sides, so from the definition we know that the first statement must be true. For the others, you're going to have to answer but I'll give you some help. Draw a shape with 4 right angles. Is there any possible way for it to not have two sets of parallel sides? How many sides does a trapezoid have? A rhombus has four sides of equal length. Is there any possible way for it to not have two sets of parallel sides?
