Help Please! For some reason I can't get the second question right =/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is the second derivative \[-2\sin(x)-\sqrt{2}\]?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then you would need to solve \[-2\sin(x)-\sqrt2=0\] \[\sin(x)=-\frac{\sqrt{2}}{2}\]

OpenStudy (dan815):

show us what u got for your 2nd derivative we tell u if its right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you have one solution \(\frac{5\pi}{4}\) as you said other one is across at \(\frac{7\pi}{4}\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah I'm not allowed a calculator so I'm having difficulties - can you show me your calculations if you can?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and i got -2sin(x)-sqrt(2) for second derivative
