do you understand how to solve simultaneous equations?
so using eqn 3, we can rearrange to form :
z =-1 + 3y - 2x
then we can put that into eqn 1
-2x+2y- 2(-1 + 3y - 2x) =10
so -2x +4x +2y - 3y +2 = 10
so 2x -y = 8
so y = 2x - 8

sub y = 2x - 8 into eqn 2 with z =-1 + 3y - 2x
and you'll get an answer for x
