I have seen in case of several users, their smartscore decrease by 1 unit or so. Why is that ?

Smartscore is a relative score.Not only it depends on your activity on the site but also it depends on how active others are here.For example if a user X stops asking qns for sometime there is a probability that other users start asking many questions.If that happens the relatively X's engagement score and hence Smartscore decreases by 1 or 2 points.

Well i have noticed that if you block then unblock all ur fans(taking u off there fan list and taking them off ur's) ur smartscore decreases. But yes I would go with @AravindG on this one.
