PLEASE HELP im stuck on this one Use the table for sine values, and find x to the nearest tenth. https://media.glynlyon.com/a_matgeo_2011/5/68_350.gif x ~

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sin70=x/10 should be the set up for that so do 10sin70=x meaning 10 x sin70 = x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ooh sorry if that looks confusing. do 10 times sin 70 and that should give you what x equals

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 10 times sin 70 degrees?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

70 degrees?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

when you put it into you calculator it should understand the function if you simply put 10sin70 without any spaces between them. but yes, it is essentially doing 10 units multiplied by the sin of 70 degrees. does that make sense?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep:)
