help!!! i dont have a equation to put this to! Write an equation that you could solve using these steps: Add 7 to both sides. Then, divide both sides by 4. Explain how you know your answer is right.

Woking backwards, and using opposite operators.... Well it would be something that we would want to isolate then solve for 'x'...so lets see If we want to add 7 to both sides....we must start with -7 dividing both sides by 4...means the x must be being multiplied by 4..so 4x - 7 = ...
divide by sides by 4 \(\to \) multiply by 4 \(4x\)
add 7 to both sides \(\to \) subtract \(7\): \(4x-7\)
