I would personally say that the greatest victory for women's rights, through a Supreme Court ruling, was the 1977 decision in Reed vs. Reed. In the decision, the Court ruled for the first time that any law that discriminates toward women is utterly unconstitutional. You can find information on that topic easily. However the ACLU does have a whole list of rulings that were significant contributions to expanding women's rights throughout the nation. You can find that here: https://www.aclu.org/files/interactive/womensrights_scotus_0303a.html
