Can someone explain this concept to me. In my notes it says that if there is 1 parametric equation then its a line of intersection common to all the planes. And if there is 2 parametric equations then the planes are parallel and coincident. What does it mean by 1 parametric equation and 2 parametric equation

i have an example, but i don't understand it that well

OpenStudy (dan815):

the solution will be a plane if the solution is a parametric equation of 2 lines, then this will define a plane if those 2 lines are not equal or parallel
