Default way to what?  Generally, if you put on passwords, you know them.  If they were put on by say a business and you just use the computer, they know them and you just need to contact them.  If you got a computer and it says things like that from when you bought it, either the person who you bought it from knows them or it was stolen.  And if it is your machine and this just started happening, either someone messed with the machine or you got a virus.

If you mean the default way to bypass or remove passwords, there is not one.  Security is the default.  Breaking security, or cracking, is not a standard operation.  Can it be done?  Yes.  Do I plan on teaching random people how to do so?  No.  The information is out on the web, as are the tools, so it is not like I am protecting a secret.  But I see no need to encourage an activity that many use as part of stealing property.
