Simplify. a - {4b - [a - (5b - c) + 3c - (a - b - 9c)]}

OpenStudy (pratyush5):

just keep on removing the brackets one by one. first remove the round brackets then the square ones and then the curly ones always remember to change the signs each time you open a bracekt.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@pratyush5 What I get is: A * 4b + a - 5b + c + 3 - a +b - 9c is that correct?

OpenStudy (pratyush5):

yea ur right i think. you mistyped * and also its 3c not 3 in the fourth term from the left . . its ok . the final expression that we get is a-4b+a- 5b + c + 3c -a + b - 9c

OpenStudy (pratyush5):

can you simplify it now ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think so, I'll let you know if I need help again. Thanks!
