A degenerate circle is: 1.a circle with radius r = 0. 2.an ellipse. 3.a point. So I know it is 1 and I think that would mean it would include 3 but I'm not sure about 2. Help please

A degenerate circle is a circle with radius equals to zero. But, i agree with you that 3 is correct too, because we can say that a point is radius zero circle.

A degenerate ellipse is a circle, but a degenerate circle isn't an ellipse.
