SOMEONE PLZ HELP!! Explain the reproductive advantage that an angiosperm (like apple trees) would have over mosses.
i will give medal and fan
well first of all fruit is produced in angiosperms, which can be eaten by animals and the seeds within will be dispersed further away from the original parents organism. This is a critical difference and one thing to note here is angiosperms use seeds, which are already fertilized and have protective and supportive functions, and mosses use spores, which are haploid and asexual (do not need to be fertilized) and result in the haploid form of the moss (remember alteration fo generations). There are definitely more reasons how they differ, but each is suited to particular environments, with angiosperms being the obvious dominant winner here.
