A sphere has a surface area of 900 pi ft^2. Find the volume of the sphere. A. 300 pi ft^3 B. 4500 pi ft^3 C. 1200 pi ft^3 D. 135000 pi ft^3 every time I plug in the numbers my answer is either too high or too low. Please help!

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

first you use the surface area of a sphere formula which is SA = 4pi*r^2

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

you use that to find the radius

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

once you have the radius, you use it in the volume of a sphere formula V = (4/3)*pi*r^3
