What kinds of cereal grain endosperms does the human diet rely on?
Maize, rice, wheat, barley, sorghum, millets, oats, rye, triticale, buckwheat, fonio, and quinoa are all cereal grains..
is it single or multiple answer?
I don't think its a MC question :P
It could be, I get them all the time.
It's not.
Personally, I'd go with the obvious. Rice, wheat, barley, oats and rye.
I'm not familiar with the others, though I've heard maize is actually kind of harmful.
Merci.
The kind of cereal grain endosperms that contain much complex carbohydrates i guess.
Rice Corn (maize) Wheat Barley Spelt Oats Buckwheat
Merci beaucoup :3
That doesn't mean the other cereal gains on your list are wrong :P These are just the ones that contain the most complex carbohydrates.
