In a right triangle, if one of the angles is 35°, what are the measures of the other two angles?

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

In any right triangle, you will always have one 90 degree angle (since a right angle is a 90 degree angle)

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

call the other missing angle x the 3 angles must add to 180 degrees, so.... angle1 + angle2 + angle3 = 180 35+90+x = 180 solve for x

thanks :)
