I never learn a lot about Europe's history. So I cannot help you. Sorry. ): But I feel like it's economically.

Nope. Sorry. =/ I researched it in Wikipedia, and I found this in the economy section. "Several funds provide emergency aid, support for candidate members to transform their country to conform to the EU's standard (Phare, ISPA, and SAPARD), and support to the former USSR Commonwealth of Independent States (TACIS)." Not sure if this help at all.

Dou you think you could help with this one @GoldPhenoix? All of following are true about how the European Union differs from NAFTA except The European Union has a common currency and NAFTA does not. The European Union has social goals where NAFTA does not. The European Union has political goals where NAFTA does not. The European Union has tariffs where NAFTA does not.
