how to calculate pressure of piston of two cylendrical vessel A & B with area 8cm^2 & 320cm^2 respectively

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The formula for pressure is: \[P=\frac F A\] F is the force and A is the area its applied to. So the pressure on the cylinder with 8cm2 should be: \[P= \frac F {8\times 10^{-4}}=1.25\times10^3F\] If F is measured in Newtons, the pressure is in Pascal units of pressure. And the second one: \[P= \frac F {3.2\times 10^{-2}}\]
