What is the value of the x variable in the solution to the following system of equations? 3x + 2y = 6 2x + 3y = -1 4 -3 -4 3

OpenStudy (phi):

you could multiply the top equation by 3 (all terms, both sides) to get 9x + 6y = 18 and multiply the bottom equation by -2 to get -4x -6y = +2 now add the 2 equations. can you do that ?
