would you be able to determine the equation if one of the points was the origin (0,0)?

well, there might be some displacement if its not thru the origin ... but we can adjust it

once you know that line, adjust it accordingly :)
and standard form is: Ax + By = C , not y=mx + b
I know the difference between standard and slope intercept.
