Im guessing you need to simplify? In that case, you just need to take the top (4ax/3x^5) and time it by it reciprocal for the bottom, (9x/2a), so you get: \[\frac{ 4ax }{ 3x ^{5} } * \frac{ 9x }{ 2a }\]
