Haha, I feel for you.
As your SmartScore goes up, it's even harder and harder for the medals to affect your SmartScore, you need like 100 medals to impact anything... and that really sucks, esp. if some people are so stingy about medals haha!

A lot of people don't think about it.  I look at it the other way.  I just don't care about if I get a medal or not.  Not only are they free to give, but they have 0 real life value.  Therefore, I do not sweat it when someone forgets to give me nothing or asks multiple questions and only gives me one of nothing for all of them.

I agree, @e.mccormick, but it's still pretty cool when your SmartScore goes up, it feels like a goal, to some degree.
