i am stuck on where to go on this problem. x^2-15x+32/5x-60. i factor the numerator (x-8)(x-7)/5x-60. where do i go from here?

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

How did you factor that numerator into (x - 8)(x - 7)? yes -8 + -7 = -15 but does -8 times -7 = 32?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry i actually typed that in wrong it is supposed to be 56

i actually messed up the whole thing it is x^2-15x+56/x-7 and i now understand it, thank you though. i have a question on another if that is okay
