OpenStudy (jaze):

the magnitude of the two velocity vectors are v1=3 m/s and v2= 2 m/s. determine their resultant v=v1+v2. i already have the magnitude. i just cant solve for the direction. help! :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

whats your xct problem?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

without the angle between the two vectors, their resultant cannot be found

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ya ryt qstn is incomplete

OpenStudy (jaze):

i forgot to draw the figure. sorry. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

|dw:1371397592262:dw| so the angle between the vectors is 90degrees. the resultant is given be|dw:1371397694113:dw| where theta is the angle between the vectors.
