If there will be a charged object near a capacitor, voltage change will not be same for each plate. Is the capacitance of the capacitor will be affected?

Yes. C = Q/V. If a new charge is near the capacitor then the capacitance changes according to the new objects own capacitance and can be increased or decreased depending on the new object's charge: Cnew = Q/V + Qnew/Vnew
