For the MIT OCW courses there is no certificate and you do not submit the problem sets.  If you want feedback or have questions, you can use a code pasting site and post your code here.  Self paced, self motivated learning.

P.S.: Can I use the most current version of Python?

i used 2.7x.  There are enuff differences with 3.x that you would have to be prepared to figure some things out for yourself language-wise.
