Solve the following system using substitution: {13x + 5y = 16 and x = 4y + 10} A. (2, -2) B. (-2, 2) C. (1, 4) D. (4, 1)

what you gotta do is.. substitute the value of x from the second equation in the first equation, solve and find the value of y.. once you have the value of y, put it any one of the equations, solve and find the value of x.. Note: Sustituing value of x (or y) from the first (or second) equation in any of the equations will give you the same answer..
