Question

People seriously need to be penalized for just giving answers. I am tired of seeing someone truly helping someone and then a person comes along with a link to the answer and saying go here. Why are these individuals coming here to defeat the purpose of OpenStudy? I believe people come here because they want actual people to help them. Not to find the answer online and I do not care if the online answer comes with an explanation. They are here at OpenStudy.com for a reason. Anyone can go on a search engine of some sort and type in the problem and do that themselves. People need to understand.

I understand what @Compassionate is saying, an ambassador shouldn't bash on OpenStudy publicly, but @MathLegend was not bashing, he was simply saying something that is very much true, now it is better to straight up bring this tot he attention of the moderators but still, user feedback is not all that bad :) and @dumbsearch2 no need to be so aggressive ;)

Also @MathLegend was not saying anything bad about OpenStudy, he was actually doing the opposite, he was criticizing the users who cheat and not OpenStudy :)

@Compassionate Yes and you are right, but he is not speaking badly of the site itself, he is actually putting it on a higher standard and saying that users who cheat are indeed making it worse. I can agree with both sides :)

@Compassionate ... this is feedback and as @Opcode and @mathslover have posted that I am not the first person to do this. This is not complaining this is legit OpenStudy feedback. I have had multiple experiences with this and I want feedback. I have taken further steps with this as well. So, please do not try to paint me out to be some bad Ambassador. I mean you seem to know the oath inside and out but you can not see that I am not bashing the site. I am sorry but your posts are making you sound like you "know everything".

Ok. Everyone. Back off. MathLegend was not criticizing OpenStudy. He does raise a valid point about the users who are not following COC. And we all know this happens. JA1 - thanks for that nice balanced response. @Compassionate, I love your zeal. and really appreciate the sentiment. Sometimes the tone is lost in these online conversations. So lets give everyone the benefit of the doubt, you all love OpenStudy. I love my users, especially the Ambis. And lets have a productive conversation. Let niceness prevail.
