Has anyone found solutions to the Part IIs of the problem sets? I understand that they re-use the questions, but really - for half the homework, indeed all the interesting questions, we have no way to verify our answers.

The good news is that "Part II" questions cover material that is not included on the exams. I've solved a number of them, and from my experience, there are solutions where you just know you had a good handle on it, and the solution checks out when you "tinker" with it a bit. And then there are solutions where it was a struggle and it probably took some guess work.

For those solutions where you aren't sure of your answer, why not engage the community and see what we think about it? Show us what you did, and we'll take a look at it.
