jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

use the idea that c must be less than the other two sides, so a+b > c

OpenStudy (lopezking1):

23>c?

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

so c < 23

OpenStudy (lopezking1):

Okay gotcha thanks :D

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

you're welcome

OpenStudy (anonymous):

opposite goes for minimum length, i.e. 15-8 = 7 ... so 7 < c < 23
