The sum of the first two terms of an arithmetic sequence is 8 and the seventh term is 15. Find the nth term of the sequence.

So, you know this: \[n _{0}+n _{1}=8\]and \[n _{6}=15\]You are asked to find:\[n _{k}\]I thought about it and the sequence is \[n _{k}=3+k2\]This means that the sequence is:\[3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21..........\]

I dont know you just kind of need to look for two numbers that add to 8 and then find their relationship in a sequence. Then take the sequence to the seventh term adn if it is 15 you got it. Is more of a trial error type thing.
