Please help explain this

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

All should be prime....otherwise they can be broken into smaller factors by definition

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

most will be odd since the only even prime num is 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but if i factor 2 i will get 2*1, where 1 is not prime?

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

2 is already prime so it really doesn't need to be factored wow 1 is not a prime num, wierd

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

in that case its answer C ... where 1 is the non-prime exception

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah that is what i was thinking. and yeah 1 is not prime as it has no factors than itself :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so C is the answer? confirm?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@dumbcow

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

yes ...A and B are impossible

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks :D
