Everything seems very confusing. I have searched sites on how to write them, but no site has helped. I don't know how to begin writing

i really can't write a thesis statement about communication unless i did a research about this topic. But here is another example of a thesis statement.

Explain how spending time studying, attending class, and socializing with peers
Example of an argumentative thesis statement:
"High school graduates should be required to take a year off to pursue community service projects before entering college in order to increase their maturity and global awareness."
