this happened since each of the parents carries a specific gene that didnt effect them but since there are 2 of the same gene and they mated it caused an abnormality of some of the organs.
It died since the heart and the kidney are 2 of the necessary  organs needed to survive.
If there is a very serious abnormality in the heart such as a bleeding blood vessel or a tumor, then the heart cannot function as well
the kidney is needed since to filter ur waste out of ur blood and then excrete them in the form of urine.
they also carry a hormone that tells the brain to make new red blood cells
so it is basically essential to life.
