simplify for left side, first (x-8)(x+3) <= - 10 x^2 - 5x - 24 <= -10 x^2 - 5x - 24 + 10 < = 0 x^2 - 5x - 14 < = 0 factor out, (x+2)(x-7) <=0

the zeroes for x = 7 or x = -2
