4 because u divide by 3 then u have w^2=16 and then u break down 16 and u get 4 but what is a faster way to simplify ? it always takes me forever ?

That is correct. And this will take you a while because you are just learning it. There is no faster way than to just do it so much you get faster at it.

thanks now i have another question .. four times rthe squaree of a non-zero number is equal to eight times the number ... i really have bsolutly no clue how to do this !!
