All right. Here's a sketch of what we have to do.
We have the city Juneau, and we need the next largest city (in the table, after Juneau)

We get the difference of their areas, and divide that difference by the area of that next largest city.  That will be the answer in its raw form, but you probably want it in percent (%) form, so you multiply that answer by 100, and that'll be the answer in percent (%)
