What must be true of a bill which has become law at a federal level?

OpenStudy (opcode):

A bill must being passed by Congress. When the Bill is passed by both houses of Congress it is then sent to the President who may or may not(veto) sign it into law. After that the Judicial Branch rules on its Constitutionality. (This last step is only if the bill is appealed through lower courts.)
