Indicate in standard form the equation of the line passing through the given points. P(6, 2), Q(8, -4)

\[-4-2\div8-6=-3 \] That is your slope

with the equation y=m(x-x1)+y1 you are going to plug in (6, 2) or (8, -4), it doesn't really matter which one you use. Plug in your slope, and simplify.
