http://oi41.tinypic.com/33dfbqv.jpg How do I do the underlined part?

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

\[g(x) = f^{-1}(x)\]

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

so you take \(g(x) = \dfrac{2x}{3-x}\) and replace \(x\) with \((\dfrac{3x}{x+2})\) and verify that it collapses to \(x\)...

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

and then do it the other way around, substituting 3x/(x+2) into 2x/(3-x) and verifying that it also collapses to x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay, thanks

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

just a bunch of tedious algebra...

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

good news is that you've got g(x) correct :-)
