how do i solve this?? 0.0004=(4000000)/(d^(2)) please help >.<

OpenStudy (espex):

Isolate 'd'

OpenStudy (espex):

Would it be easier if you made a substitution in the beginning, \(m =d^2\) and then wrote out your equation like this: \[0.0004=\frac{4000000}{m}\] then solve for 'm'.

OpenStudy (espex):

Once you are done you just need to substitute back and solve for 'd'.
