No @love_jessika15 , on openstudy each groups has its limitations . OS Feedback group is only for feedback, bugs related topics/queries. 

Also, @beautiful_rain , I don't think that there can be anything perfect than having chat for posting anything (but which is reasonable and non-offensive/abusive) ...

An off-topic section wouldn't represent the purpose behind OpenStudy. It's a website to help other students, not to just "post anything".

@love_jessika15 A going away party isn't a bug :P It's actually considered spam but the mods tolerate it as long as it doesn't occur too frequently.
