Is the inequality below sometimes, always, or never true? -2(2x + 9) > -4x + 9

when you distribute the \(-2\) on the left you get \[-4x-18>-4x+9\] which would imply that \(-18>9\) as the \(-4x\) cancels from both sides pretty clear that \(-18>9\) is not true
