I'm assuming you mean the Laplace transform of \[1-\frac{ \sin(at) }{ t }\] since I'm fairly sure the laplace transform of 1/t doesn't exist (diverges) I found the answer in a table, the indefinate integral is a bit out of my league i'm afraid. If you just want the answer from a table i can post it.
